“I went to Allen's boots with my family in April 2026. I have never experienced such a high quality of customer service in my 49 years on Earth. I wish I could remember the fellow's name but I'm sure anybody who works there will know who I'm talking about when I say he had dark hair and he was just going hard serving us and another customer I'm sure. He went to the back so many times for my son. He gave my son such great advice on boots and which one to pick. He spent at least a half an hour with us. At the till, he gave my son a great deal. If you're ever looking for boots in Austin, you must go to Allen's boots! Thank you all so much for your amazing customer service. A pleased Canadian. Casey”

He took the items to a nearby spot as my arms got full and answered questions about some of the items with kindness, eagerness, and patience. They have billabong, O’Neill, Pacsun, Patagonia, Northface, and their own brands for two dollars, five dollars, and $10. At the front, Brandon rang me up and carefully folded my items while chatting with friendly conversation the entire time. I did not know this was the only Tyler that has Items on sale.
