Found shoes here cheaper than the same at Nordstrom’s.
They had staff that were friendly and actually offered assistance!

Great selection of perfumes, colognes, and clothing items. But the escalator has been refusing to escalate for quite a while now, I think they should escalate this to the maintenance team.
Update 2/19/25: Just left and can confirm that the escalator is still not escalating

I only consider the shoe and perfume sections to be good. The rest of the store is very bad, starting with the display at the entrance to the store. The store is poorly maintained.

Do not buy here if you value your money!!! I brought a Lacome perfume and they mentioned that there's a free gift if you spend more than $100 of perfume, they took my payment on SUNDAY, JANUARY 26TH then gave me the ticket to show the woman at the fragrance counter on February 4th, well, February 4th came and I showed them the receipt and they gave me the perfume and free gifts, I checked my bank statement today and THEY TOOK OUT THE PAYMENT FOR THE PERFUME YESTERDAY, NOT ON JANUARY 26TH. I'm now in the negative thanks to their "promotion" honestly, just buy the sample products in full size than getting them as gifts

This store is a disgrace! No section at all for big and tall people at all. So unless you are skinny or short this store has nothing for you! I hope they get rid of this pathetic company! No jackets unless you are skinny and short. No wonder macys is a dying company! They only cater to women and everyone else is screwed over!

I bought 3 bottles of Chanel perfume as a gift for my family.. The lady there tried to put an opened box with the return label in one of the gift boxes when she packed it for me. Fortunately, I went to my car, checked it and brought it back. She said because it was the last bottle and asked me to get a different line. She should have asked me before that happened.
By the way, I didn't receive any samples for my purchase. When I asked them about the samples, they told me it was out of stock!
Macy's has been my destination for perfume and I prefer in-store purchasing to online shopping. I think I can support people who work there and keep actual shopping places not out of business. But with this unpleasant experience, I will consider other places when shopping for perfume.

Very pretty and well-maintained store, but we didn't have the best experience with buying mens' shoes. As Macy's is one of the stores where guests work with associates to locate specific sizes customers are interested in, I was pretty surprised when the associate in charge of finding male shoes dissapeared after we talked about finding wide-fit shoes. After waiting for her to return for 15 minutes and asking for help, the customer next to my party balked, and I went to the check out area to ask for assistance as I couldn't get a specific pair of shoes myself. Patti was phenomenal, and really improved our experience at Macy's, bringing what was a 1 to a 3! We love her. I never saw the original associate again, so not sure what happened there. 3/5 it is!

This store is a good primer for why department store chains are in such dire straits. I went in when all other stores in the area are having big sales and the first thing I noticed was nothing appeared on sale. The shirts on the rack all were wrinkled and one I picked up appeared used as the tag was blacked out, hiding the actual sales price. After I picked up ~$500 in clothes I went to check out downstairs and looked at the watches. There was no one in any of the booths in the watches / cologne / jewelry stations and I stood there for about 10 mins with this big pile of clothes before I finally was able to motion someone over. I looked at a watch and asked the rep if she could tell me about the watch and she went to her computer and read off some basic fact (it's shock resistant, waterproof - yes I saw that). No fault of her own, but she knew nothing about the watch. What I wanted to know was what did it mean that it was bluetooth compatible - what did that do? I began looking it up myself and she asked me why I was looking it up on my phone (should be self evident?). I decided to buy the watch and then as she rang me up for everything (over $650) she pitched me on a Macys credit card that came with an immediate discount on my purchase. No sales discounts today (even the worn shirt) but they'd be happy to give me 20% off if I open up a card. I declined and then she asked again ("you really should consider it given how much you're buying today"). No. Starting to get annoyed now. As I'm signing, the screen says "get a 25% off coupon by providing your email address" and so I ask - will that be applied to this as soon as I get it? No, of course. I asked her if any of the things I was purchasing were on sale - including the shirt that was obviously returned and put back on the floor and she said "no, name brands like Levis rarely go on sale" (???). So after I've paid, she then tells me they don't have the watch in its box - only the floor model. No booklet. She says "well if you're a techie I'm sure you can figure it out" and I say "why would I pay brand new price for a watch that is a floor model and doesn't come with the booklet" and I still have my phone open and I say "I can just buy it for the same price online and get it delivered to me tomorrow" but she says "well it still might not come with the booklet." Like, huh? This was a classic sales-y bad customer service experience and this person exuded commission focus above customer focus.

This store was almost empty of merchandise when we went and the store was dirty looking. It's located at the Domain. You would think it would have been a nicer Macy's, considering the stores around it and the location are very upscale.

Grey haired guy in jewelry/watches was rude. We waited forever to get service at the watches, then when he came by he made us feel very uncomfortable and made some weird comments. Was rushing us when we wanted to look at some of the the watches, we did not feel welcomed at all and was surprised at how unfriendly he was especially around the holidays. I wanted to take a picture of one of the watches and he goes "I don't do pictures man" and puts it back under the counter. I asked him for the model name so I could keep track of which ones we were considering and, he was reluctant and difficult even with that, and turned away from us, asking if we wanted to see any more in a tone that implied he wanted us to leave. We probably would've bought the watch we liked right then and there, but did not want to give him the commission after that experience and will buy somewhere else. Shocked at the poor salesmanship.
