The Olivine offers a nice community that extends living beyond the apartment. Residents can use the well-equipped fitness center, sand volleyball, and tennis courts, with a dog park for pets. The apartments are well-maintained, and the office staff is amazing, helpful, friendly, and always available. Maintenance is very responsive and knowledgeable, showing interest in getting jobs done quickly. The overall condition of the property and its amenities is impressive and would be recommended.

I lived here for 5 years and I've had a great experience, although I'm moving, I have nothing negative to say about my stay here. Nikki and Lisa have been wonderful and very helpful every time I had any issues during my stay.

I really like living here at The Olivine 🤗. The environment is nice, neighbors are kind and gentle, and whenever I need something fixed in my apartment they come as quick as possible.
