The staff receives exceptional praise, creating a welcoming, positive, and family-like atmosphere. The office staff, including management, is described as exceptional, amazing, super nice, friendly, patient, caring, and going the extra mile. They are communicative, helpful, and handle concerns quickly and efficiently. The maintenance team is fantastic, highly dedicated, professional, and skillful, with prompt and reliable service. Amenities are a major highlight, including a great, cutting-edge fitness center with impressive equipment, an amazing resort-style infinity pool, and impressive business and media centers. The property is very clean and well-kept, promoting a great sense of safety and security with thorough patrols. The community atmosphere is joyful and polite, making residents feel at home. While most amenities are praised, some minor suggestions were made for updates to a few gym machines and more frequent courtyard maintenance. Overall, residents strongly recommend Marq on Burnet as one of the best apartment experiences.
This is my first apartment and I must say im throughly impressed. From the maintenance team to the leasing office employees. The friendliness and ease of living here is simply amazing. Also not to mention the security as well.

Update: I mistakenly dropped my phone down the trash chute and Chloe and Doug were both so gracious in helping me retrieve it! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!!
I moved here a month ago and could not be happier! The leasing and maintenance staff are both very communicative and helpful.
