Move-out processes have sometimes been a nightmare, involving issues with security deposit returns and billing errors from a former utility provider. While office staff are acknowledged as very nice, there have been instances of unreturned phone calls and unresolved follow-up, leading to frustrations such as having to initiate stop payments with banks. Overall, the physical property and direct leasing service receive praise, but past management transitions have caused considerable difficulty for some residents.
Absolutely love our new Meritage apartment and this friendly community! Staff is highly efficient and they respond to any requests immediately. All the renovations to pool and exercise facilities are super impressive. You feel as if you are living in a high end resort, unlike any other apartments in the area!

I have lived here for 3 years and I love it! Prices are amazing for what you get. The location is the best in Steiner Ranch. The views are literally the best in town! Everyone has a garage and the apartments are larger than any other i have seen. Amazing!

We are highly satisfied with the living conditions here. The front office personnel are consistently friendly and demonstrate excellent attentiveness, which is key to maintaining a well-managed and desirable community.
