Had a horrible experience at metro pcs today in Austin Texas, the store on parmer couldn't take cc and had no cash for change, so I went to the one on pecan in PF and that girl wouldn't let me pay, saying I have to wait til my due date the 11th to pay. What's that about. Only conclusion I can come to is that this location is scamming people, only accepting monthly payments so they can collect the 5.00 a month service fee. Very slimy of metro pcs to allow this practice.

It seems to be every time I show up there’s no deals for the people that been with them for years it’s making me want to switch companies.. the only deals are for those that are with other companies and when I went in there as a loyal customer to replace my phone to get a newer iPhone it’s more expensive than if I just went to Walmart or anywhere to go buy one??☹️ ?

This has always been the best down to earth customer service experience that I have ever received in all of TEXAS. The 2nd best was in upity Plano years ago. But the ladies and a couple times men who show up for work her genuinely don't mind coming to work. If I could give 2x 5 stars I would.

The Sales rep was extremely knowledgeable. She mentioned policy too many times that made it seem, like I was doing something wrong. Luckily my boyfriend and I munched on a snack. This place closes at 8;00. We jad to continue our business at another store 15 minutes away.

Love this location. I must have visited at least three trying to get help with my phone and this location was the only one that was willing to help me out if everything else failed on what I was trying to do to get my phone fixed.

Rude, dishonest, and pad the bill with charges they tell you are required until you tell them the call is being recorded... never seen so much stammering and back peddling when caught.

Cecilia helped me last week when I went in to do a warranty exchange on my phone. She was very helpful, and polite. She got everything taken care of, even though there was some difficulty getting my stuff transferred over. She told me a few stories, and she was funny. There was a long line inside the store, but I never felt rushed. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and she even put a new screen protector on my new phone. The customer service at this location is always great, and my husband and I will continue to come here.The manager, Tanya, helped me a few days before this visit with Cecilia. She waived the fee for my exchange, and I got my phone 2 days before I was expecting it. I paid under $15 for a working phone, my original phone was defective (from the manufacturer, not the store) and a new screen protector. I love the customer service at this location. They ALWAYS go above and beyond. Please give Cecilia and Tanya a raise!!
