They have an employee in Fragrance by the name Rina Roy. I cannot begin to tell you how nice, soft spoken, and knowledgeable she is. I have been to this store few times. Did not buy any fragrances the first two visits but she was very understanding. Did not get upset that I did not buy anything even though she spent a lot of time with me. I finally bought fragrances from her. She is definitely a keeper. You are lucky to have her.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this store, and it's all thanks to Kimberly, the amazing store manager. She went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed, providing helpful recommendations and making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She was incredibly patient as I asked questions and considered my options. Kimberly's kindness and professionalism truly shows.I will definitely be returning to this store because of the positive experience she provided.

I just wandered in for a bra fitting, I cannot more highly praise Yolanda, I asked her where to get a fitting, she was in fine apparel, and she came over to help because she had experience in it. I was last fitted at Skims in a C a month ago, I knew that was nowhere close to right. I usually wear a 36DDD. Yolanda fitted me to a 34G and I could tell she really knew exactly what she was talking about. She was so patient, gave me so much education, and suggested different styles and brands for different looks. Everything she pulled was so comfortable and looked great.I would highly recommend anyone needing a new bra to go and see Yolanda, I know it’s not her department but she really knows what she’s doing! Also she’s just so kind and patient, I’d recommend finding her for your clothing as well!

I just wanted to give a major shout-out to Francesca and Mina over at Neiman Marcus. Seriously, these gals are the best of the best. Every time I swing by to check out new perfumes, they've got the 411 on everything.Apart from knowing their stuff, these ladies are like the sunshine on a cloudy day. They've got this cool, kind vibe that just makes you feel right at home. Plus, they're seriously hilarious – they never fail to get a good laugh out of me.And let's be real, shopping should be a good time, right? Well, with Francesca and Mina, it's always a blast. They're not just selling you a product, they're sharing a moment with you, and that's something pretty special.So, if you're around Neiman Marcus, do yourself a favor and look for Francesca and Mina. Not a fan. A women nearly yelled out the side of her head "Welcome in!" right into my ear as I walked by her. She didn't even look at me and I had to stop myself from yelling back. She worked with only one customer the entire time we (my son and I) were there. There were way more staff than shoppers and they "eye-balled" us at every turn. Even the security outnumbered the patrons. There seemed to be some dominant personalities that ruled by "side-eye". I do appreciate two genuinely nice elderly employees and one niche consultant in fragrances, but the rest of the "welcome" seemed fake as can be and made us feel unwelcome. Were it not for the products we were seeking I would take my shopping elsewhere. Can't imagine how this particular store is making a profit. The bathroom hidden on the second floor was very nice.

I love the friendly people. The Domain is my to go place when I am in Austin, Tx. Shout out to Etita Richards. She was really patient when I bought my first chanel bag. She always email me to give an update on what is going on in their store.

I had a great experience with sales associate Jan! She was extremely helpful and kind.My experience completely changed when looking for a pair of shoes to match my outfit. The associates in the shoe department stood around leaning on displays and using their phones. I was standing around the shoe department for a while and was never offered help, so I left.

Terrible customer service. Received a gift of perfume for Valentine's Day and tried it and just did not work well for me. Tried to exchange and they said no they do not do that. It was really poor customer, service, and attitude by one of the staff in the fragrance department. Will not be shopping here again.

I went to pick up this purse for a gift and Mina Hinahon helped me with my online order. She was super professional and nice and made my experience delightful! I recommend this location and Mina!
