Jan really came through to help me get a last minute formal dress after Nordstrom screwed up shipping for an event I was headed to. I was also incredibly amazed that as a plus sized (14, L/XL girlie), they had multiple options of things for me to try on in store, unlike Nordstrom. Thank you Jan!
