We lived here for 2 years and loved every minute! You're right by the trail and walkable to everything. The location is truly unbeatable. The front desk workers and the maintenance crew make living here so wonderful-- they're all fantastic. Would recommend 10x over.

Big fan of the building. Best location in downtown hands down! Everyone in the building from the leasing office to concierge is so nice and pleasant to deal with. Maintenance requests normally get handled the same day.
Hopefully we will stay long term!
