I’ve lived here for over 5 months and I waited to leave a review because I wanted to make sure I had a chance to have an honest experience
Hands down, the best apartment complex with the best bang for your buck in the entire city. I transferred units and resigned and extended my lease 4 months in because of the experience I’ve had. Every one of my guests praises how much better everything here is compared to the rest of the building
The entire leasing and concierge staff is incredible, but I wanna make a special shoutout to William. William helped me with my original lease as well as a smooth transfer to my new unit, and is extremely pleasant to work with.
Amber, Dakota, and Chelsea in the leasing office are extremely helpful as well. A lot of leasing agents are more concerned with getting people leased, and they don’t care after, but they are the exact opposite here.
Last but not least, James from the concierge desk is hands down one of the best assets to this building. He makes everyone feel extremely welcome and one of the best guys out there.

We moved into the Northshore 1 year ago and just renewed our lease for another 15 months. I easily give this place 5 stars. The location is the best in downtown and the management, front desk door men and women, and the maintenance team are fantastic. The management-planned events for tenants are well planned, thoughtful and generous. The building is also very social so expect to make good friends if you want. And the river, city and sunset views from the 8th floor deck are beautiful. This is a great place!

Amazing place to live! Has the best apartment pool I’ve seen in Austin and the facilities are always super clean. The location is the best when it comes to downtown living and it is extremely walkable. Nate and Anthony at the front desk are the best!! The maintenance team, specifically Julian, is amazing as well. Can’t recommend living here enough!

The best place I’ve ever lived! The location and amenities are amazing, but I definitely want to give a special shout out to the staff at North Shore Anthony and Nate at the front desk are always so welcoming and awesome. Amber in the office is an all-star she really goes above and beyond for everyone that she works with. Couldn’t imagine living anywhere else and loving it this much. Feel very secure and safe here too!

My girlfriend moved in recently to the Northshore and the experience for her has been incredible overall. Most importantly, she has been blown away by the kindness and support she has found in the leasing agent, Amber. She has gone above and beyond to make her feel welcome and comfortable in a new environment. Thank you Amber and the rest of the Northshore staff!

I have loved living at Northshore! From day one, this place has felt like home. The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and in such a great location. The staff is truly the best- especially Amber. She has been so kind and helpful. She is such a friendly face around the building and my puppy absolutely loves her. Can’t say enough good things abt Northshore!

I've moved over 7 times within Austin's City Limits and this is by far the best Apartment complex I've lived in. The staff is phenomenal, very attentive, and you can't beat this location. Just renewed our lease this year.

I just finished getting settled in. I'll have more to say after the first few months I'm sure, but for now it's well worth a 5/5
The staff, specifically the concierge and the leasing office are hands down the best I got to meet in my many tours downtown. Dakota and Carlos specifically, but the entire staff is swell. Professional and, very impactful to my decision, personable. Lots of stuffy- kind but cooperate- apartments and apartment staff along the Colorado and this place beats that image off the page. I'd toss them a 10/5 if I was able.
The price is fair, the apartment is gorgeous, and the other tenants are very friendly. Great access, with great restaurants and ladybird lake herself both just a single block away.
A really nice parking garage, the ability to pick between multiple wifi providers, and the amenities are really impressive.
I wholeheartedly recommend Northshore apartments, and really suggest going on a guided tour instead of a self guided one.
