“I just purchased an UPLIFT Desk that will be going into my office/craft room. I decided on UPLIFt after seeing one that my son had purchased several months ago for his office. I was very impressed with the workmanship & the fact that you build what you want & need...it's not just a cookie-cutter piece. The other thing that impressed me was the customer service. After placing my order, I found an offer in my SPAM folder with a coupon code to get a free LED desk light. I sent a message to ask if it was possible to use the code. I wasn't sure because I had already used one for 5% off my entire order & am already receiving 6 or so other items at no charge for the sale that they're having. Shortly afterwards, Aalilyah Wilson, Customer Success Specialist, called me to say that it wouldn't be a problem at all. She added it to my order & emailed an updated invoice reflecting that it had been added at no additional charge. I also received assistance from Fantasia Banks on a separate call. She was able to assist with releasing my order for shipment that I had put on temporary hold. My desk & all the components arrived within 2 days. It's so nice to find a customer-oriented business that is pleasant to their customers! Have no fear ordering from UPLIFT Desk!”

“This place is amazing. I found Blake through a posting on Facebook Marketplace (good idea Blake!) as I was looking to furnish our new, small office on a tight budget. I had convos going with people all over town, for conference tables, desks, chairs, etc etc. I went to meet Blake to pick up a conf table and found they had everything we needed at super reasonable prices. And they deliver, also at very affordable prices. AND, the delivery guys put together our table and mounted the white board on our wall. Saved me tons of time not driving all over Austin and the customer service was on point. Thank you!”

“Want to send a big thanks to Geno Muto and Professional Plotter Technology Corp for assisting my wife and I with the new purchase of a large format photo printer. I originally submitted an online request to receive quotes from various vendors and had several reach out as expected. Geno caught my attention because he didn’t just try to give me the basics and sell me $5K printer claiming his vendor or brand was the best or leave out important information that could make a huge difference in the overall expectations of the machine. We stayed in contact for about a week and discussed every detail and question I had before I made finally made my decision. For my wife and I with the current intended use we decided on the Canon Imageprograf PRO-2100. Placed the order with Geno and after receiving it and getting it set the machine I extremely happy with my decision and the machine is more then what I expected. Large format printers are a large investment and taking the time to go over all specs and questions and intended use is very important. If you are in the market give Geno a call and discuss performance and expectations you need and I know you will end up with the right product. Kat went above and beyond to help me print shipping labels for my work. I made a mistake and processed them to ship rather than pickup at store. She took the time to find my order, print them, and confirm that each label was correct. Not only did she check in periodically but she also saved me a trip to USPS by adding it to their mail pickup. Office Depot is lucky to have such a dedicated, professional, and driven employee

I would like to add that in between assisting me, she was approached by an extremely disgruntled and disrespectful customer who treated her so poorly. She handled a very difficult situation with grace and professionalism while also maintaining boundaries. Rather than letting this affect her, she continued to provide the BEST customer service I have experienced. She is one of a kind!”

“I came in with a rather difficult order that other people have not previously been able to help me with Michael H was so kind and patient and knowledgeable. Honestly I was a little frustrated no one else was able to help he kindly explained to me that the others are not trained to do what he did for me. I'm thankful that he is knowledgeable and has the training to do what he did. If it wasn't for Michael I would have been forced to go somewhere else. From now on I will be coming only when I know Michael is working. Everyone else is kind they have great customer service but they are not able to help you with your files and if you don't know how to do what needs to be done then your just out of luck. I feel maybe everyone should have the same training he has. Eather way I'm greatful I got what I needed today. And the customer service was top notch”

“I came here with my kids in tow for back to school shopping. It’s always more convenient to order stuff online but I’m so glad I did this in-person. The kids got to walk around the store and shop for their own supplies while mom chilled out. And then the best past: wonderful customer service. There were a couple of employees that were always available for questions and then when I was checking out, the guy looked over my available discounts and gave me the best discount! He was able to save me $30 off my total bill! He took the time to bag everything up per kid which made it less of a hassle for me when we got home. I loved my experience at this Office Depot and will definitely be going back for office needs!”
