Too bad service at that store. The lady who works there is reluctant... I'll never go there again. The other O Relay stores are better... they give you prices and have the best service. Lights and an air filter were $97... she didn't give me a price. I was kind of in a hurry. Go to that company's other stores.

Larry and Chris were extremely helpful ! Very nice to help me out especially since I was unfamiliar with my windshield wipers for my vehicle. They went above and beyond to help me! Would highly recommend purchasing products here .

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at an auto parts store. Don’t go here if you need anything for your car and definitely don’t ask them to honor the price that they have listed for items on the shelf or online. They had this coolant on shelf for 6 bucks but told me the price was wrong and it was 12 each. Even though it was on the shelf in 3 different places in the store w the same 6 dollar tag.

I could tell how terrible this place was gonna be as soon as the manager walked up to us and said, “what’s up” to greet us. Then they told us their battery tester wasn’t working right laughing to each other as they told us to try auto zone across the street. Oreillys used to be so dependable, what happened?

Tonight I went in to get a new car battery as my car stopped working two days ago. Justin, the associate in the store, was exceedingly helpful in helping me figure out that I had a warranty on my previous battery, which saved me a few hundred dollars that I otherwise would have unknowingly spent. He was very professional and helpful in answering my questions, and he even let me borrow his own socket wrench to change the battery myself. I know it seems like a simple task to many, but I’m not very auto oriented, and so to feel supported in being able to do this myself was very special. I went home, changed the battery, and the car is now working! As an aside, I’ve been going through a tough time lately, and I want Justin to know that his acts of kindness and support in allowing me to solve this problem myself genuinely brought me some joy today. I hope the managers of the store see this and realize they have an exceptional employee who has made me a repeat customer.

The clerk tried to take advantage of me having a dead battery by telling me the cheapest one he had was $X when in reality there was one at the store for $60 less(on his computer screen and physically there)

Not the best Orielley’s to get your battery checked/replaced (Location: 2409 S Congress).
I am used to the person that attends you getting the battery out of the car and replacing it with a new one. This person told me that I would have to do that. So I left, I told him that I would take it to the Lockhart, Texas location where they will do that for you free of charge.
