The modern apartments are really nice. The community offers resort-style amenities, including a really nice pool, and top-notch programs and activities that are regularly scheduled, keeping residents as entertained and socially engaged as they choose to be. The location is highly praised for being across the street from shopping and needs, with great proximity to family, doctors, and church. The residents are described as very friendly, welcoming, pleasant, and inclusive. The staff and management team are exceptional, very good, immediately responsive, and helpful. Residents feel very secure and fortunate, highly recommending the community as a premier residence. The overall atmosphere is one of wellness and social connection, making it a fulfilling and enriching lifestyle.
We have been there bout 4 years. And Enjoy living there got some good friends. The front office are very good. We are Very fortunate to have our Mangment team. Michelle is a very good Manger. Debbie is good and Deanglo is great as the Activites Cordantor. I would highly Recommend the Overture.

I knew from the first time I toured the apartments that this was the perfect place for me to downsize to. The residents are very friendly and the staff is exceptional. Mary especially has gone out of her way to be helpful to me in settling in here. She exudes friendliness and is always very approachable.

Love living here. I feel so secure. I am close to so much shopping.Great location for proximity to Family, Doctor's, and Church.Pleasant residents and helpful staff. Five star for sure!
