I drove hour and a half to make a return on pants I bought on line for my granddaughter and they didn’t give me my full return. Will never shop here again

Came into pacsun today with my friends after coming back from the lake (we are teens) and we had coverups on over our swimsuits. One of my friends had a cover up that showed her swimsuit slightly. We were looking at clothes and I look up and see a worker from behind the desk TAKING A PICTURE of me and my friends. It was so obvious that it was a picture because of the way she angled the phone towards us. I then watched her type something into her phone and i see another phone on the desk light up with a text (keep in mind we were close enough to the counter that we would see everything). Then a coworker picks up the phone and i kid you not, the girl looks at her phone, looks straight at me, then says “that’s literally so funny”. It was honestly such a mean girl thing to do and it was so obvious that they were making fun of my friend that had a cover up on. It is SO unprofessional to act this way.

THE OTHER DAY I CAME IN AND WAS PLANNING TO SPEND $1000 FOR MY GRAND DAUGHTER BUT I COULDNT STAND THE MUSIC HERE SO I LEFT!!!!! I WISH THE EMPLOYEES WERE PERMITTED TO PLAY THEIR OWN MUSIC, THEN I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE SPENT MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!

I would give the store a five star, because of the clothes, but since they have rude employees/ teenagers working there, might as well give them a star. I went to Pacsun with my family 30 minutes before closing!!!, and the first thing I noticed, is an employee staring at us, with an attitude, the red head teenage girl, looking at us, maybe waiting for us to leave, and then noticing she was talking about us, with her blonde coworker, They were STARING!!! I was like “why are you staring!!!” (In my head) made me uncomfortable, even tho I wanted to shop more, I only bought a pair of pants, and left, the cashiers were rude too, the one with the braids, and glasses, looked at me rude, and said “can someone attend her, I’m ordering something” like I have no problem waiting, lol. ALL EMPLOYEES WERE RUDE DO BETTER PACSUN!

I’m a mom shopping for my kids for Christmas, so I was obliged to go to PacSun. The employees working on. 12/10/23 at 4:30 PM were so rude. They never smiled, they didn’t say thank you after I paid could not be bothered regarding a sweater they carry. After I finished paying, I made a comment how strange it was they never smiled and said thank you, or have a good day or anything at which they completely ignored me.

Went in to do a return, entire staff was cold, no greetings or responses. I did not feel very welcome in this store.

Don’t expect any sort of acknowledgement or help when you walk in. Not friendly and absorbed with talking amongst each other rather than helping their customers.

it was 6pm and the employees closed the door shut while we were inside, but i wasn't sure if it was just an anti theft measure. The entire 5 minutes were there not one of the 4 girls working there came up to us to let us know that they were about to close. Until my bf asked if he could use the dressing room, to which they were very rude saying "we're closed" we immediately apologized and asked is the register closed too or should we just leave. Then they said they apparent weren't fully closed just the dressing room. As we were quickly checking out they whispered loudly about us not leaving. And the red head that checked us out said " are y'all ready to go now" rudely and started passive aggressively slamming the clothes also made sure to roll her eyes as she opened the door to let us out. I also found it very rude that as soon as they let us know they were "closed" and we responded "i'm sorry were about to leave" all 4 girls working there ignored us and just stared with an attitude. This is the worst experience I have EVER had at a pacsun before. I usually enjoy shopping here,but the girl working here are so unbelievably passive aggressive and rude. I understand they were about to close but none of them thought to let us know and instead just acted very aggressive. Don't ever come to this store.

I’m assuming it was the store manager, the older man with a blonde buzz cut, I was in the dressing room , and he unlocked the door on me walking in on me changing. He was the one who even gave me that room so he should’ve known I was in there. I told him he should’ve apologized to me rather than blame me for his own incompetence, but he brushed me off and walked away. Very upsetting he wouldn’t apologize or own up to his mistake . I will be looking to get into contact with corporate/customer service for next steps , to hold that employee accountable for his actions. It should’ve never happened in the first place, as there were several open dressing rooms available

6:20pm March 23, fitting rooms are closed nowhere near closing time. Lol what? Why even be open?
