“Bar none all the benjamins stores are great at customer service but this one in Westlake has been over the top I've never had a problem with one color match and the staff is just impeccable. They were able to color match two paint chips (from another paint brand) so seamlessly that we did not need to repaint our walls - even though the existing paint was 8 years old. “These guys are the greatest. There was a problem with the level of shine in the ceiling paint we bought. When I called about it, Greg Wagner, the Regional Director, was at our house within an hour to check it out. He agreed that the paint wasn't "matte" even though it was supposed to be, and he replaced the paint and made sure our contractor could repaint the area.
It is amazing in this day and age to find such responsive and caring customer service. Greg went out of his way to make things right when he could easily have not worried about one person's small remodel. Instead, he proved the tremendous value of PPG is not just their great paints, but their absolute respect for each customer. Greg and PPG reflect true excellence. We'll be back for all future paint needs!”

“Excellent, EXCELLENT service! These guys worked for two days to match the color of an oddball stain on some cedar trim for my house. A year earlier, they made an excellent recommendation on the paint for its interior. On top of that, the Manor Hall Paints they carry are the toughest for an interior that I've ever seen! I'm going nowhere else for paint but PPG, and to no other PPG than this one. FWIW, this is the same review I posted on Google reviews. The word about this store really needs to be spread around!”

“I was having one of those days where I kept making mistake after mistake. The staff here was so supportive and helpful during every trip (so many) I made to the store. They definitely make the extra drive to the store worth every mile; I can’t rave about them enough!”
“I brought in a sample container of paint and asked to have 10 gallons made to match. I was helped quickly and the gentleman helping me loaded the paint into my car.
When I got home from work the following day, I had instant regret about the paint color. :( Our painters had worked all day and painted 2 sides of our home. As the evening progressed, I kept wondering why I chose that color. Finally I decided to paint a board with my paint sample and with the SW paint. THEY WERE NOT THE SAME COLOR, but they were similar enough to assume the discrepancy was because of drying time, lighting, etc.
I am still disappointed that SW mis-matched my paint, and that my house is the color that it is, but Kevin C, the store manager listened and tried to remedy the situation. He offered to replace the paint, but the labor cost to repaint 1/2 house was too expensive for me, and not something I expected SW to cover. Kevin provided several options and wanted to fix the problem. Ultimately, I decided to paint other parts of the home a different color, to minimize the problem, and SW provided both the sample and the other paint.
Thank you Kevin!!! I really appreciate all that you did. Because of your excellent customer service, your patience with an unhappy customer, and your helpful ideas, I will remain a SW customer.”
