Worked with Josh at the Oak Knoll location in Austin, TX he is extremely knowledgeable, informative and provided a great overall experience. Bought tires had them installed and an oil change. Everything was completed with 1.5 hours along with a detailed inspection report telling what was good and what is close to needing repair or replace. Will use this location for all my vehicle needs.

Awesome experience - Josh, the Service Manager, spoke with me over the phone and squeezed me in to a busy schedule to replace my Nissan Altima’s battery in a pinch, and I was in and out within 40 minutes for a very fair price (better than I was quoted at 2 other places nearby, plus he found a coupon code for me). Will absolutely be coming back!

Very poor service and rude service representative. I got an oil change few months ago and asked for a tire rotation, but they forgot to do the tire. I had to wait 2 more hours for someone to rotate the tires. My issues didn't end there. Just two months after the oil change, I discovered that the oil levels were low and have to refill again. This experience has left me questioning the quality of their work. Very disappointing

They said if I got the parts I needed they could install them. I got the parts. I was ready to pay. Then, they refused to install them.

The employees that work here truly care! I got a flat on my way to work around 7:30 AM one morning and the guys were quick to help even though they were not officially open yet. They had me all fixed up and ready to go in about 15 minutes or less so that I was able to make it to work on time. They’re a wonderful team and you are in great hands with them!

Haven't had the service done yet, but after calling 6 other shops this morning, Fernando was more helpful than anyone I had spoken with, answered my questions on cost, time and even got me a priority appointment for tomorrow.

I followed the protocol to set up an appointment for my brakes, I got a call the next day that the technician was not available so rescheduled for the next day at the same time at 4:00. I called an hour before taking my car for my scheduled service, I was told that I have to bring it the next day or Friday. I am new in town, so I told him I have no where to go and I am new in town and the response was " I am sorry I didn't know what to say, bring it tomorrow or find another Pep boys that can work on it. No one called for me to tell me that they can't work on my car. I was leaving town the next day on a business trip and now I am scrambling.

Antonio did a great job communicating with me every step of the way and I’m so glad to not hear my brakes squealing any longer and I also appreciate the understanding from the shop on the whole situation with card and I am working on the resolution still but we will get it figured out nonetheless .. overall it was a good place to take my car and I will continue to take my business there so thanks pep boys!!!! ???

Called the day before asking how long for a tire rotation and wiper blades for a fleet car with an appointment. They said 30 or so minutes. Made the appointment, got up early on my day and took it in. Now they are saying they need the car for 2.5 hours or more. Waste of time.
