“They have me hooked! Several friends has mentioned this place as a local business with great sustainable pet food options so I finally decided to check it out when looking for a new dog food. Ample parking as it's in a strip mall, the space is big and they have tons of great brands for food, toys, and other pet supplies. The staff is really what made it. They were super helpful in deciding on a dry food to try but that will get my pup enough nutrients and helped calculate how many cups of food is in the bag I went with to see what avg cost would be. Overall fabulous experience and can't wait to come back. PLUS they deliver free if you order before 3! Simply amazing”

“Don’t be wary of the Petco label. They purchased a beloved local vet clinic named Abraham Veterinary Clinic with Dr. Chan. Dr. Chan is the most caring, warm, and direct vet I have ever had. She offers really helpful information so you can feel empowered to make informed decisions about your own pets’ health. The administrators here are also so wonderful and patient. I had had issues with the past staff here— they were often disorganized and did not communicate well, which was frustrating and made me feel like I was completely alone. But I finally feel like I have support in caring for my dog.”
“How many pet stores are ever featured on a local tourist information center's website? I wouldn't be surprised if no other pet store in the country is also considered a tourist destination. Tomlinson's is a local pet shop specializing in pet products with integrity. The original Tomlinson's was the first locally owned pet store in Austin. Th Burnet Rd store has many things you aren't likely to find at the pet supermarkets. They have private rooms full of supplies where you can wash and dry your dog. They have an engraving station where you can make tags for your pet. And, they have caring, attentive staff. Right now, they are matching every pet food purchase with a food donation to our local pet shelters. And if you go in the playroom you can help socialize local kitties looking for their forever homes. Going to Tomlinson's reminds you that you love animals in a city of people who love animals too.”

“I went in couple months ago and asked an employee about dog foods for senior dogs suffering from joint pain. The vet suggested a very pricey food for me so wanted to see if Tomlinson had a cheaper option. Employee was very informative to tell me it’s better to get a liquid supplement instead so I thought I’d try it out! My 12 year old dog’s life has been turned around! She doesn’t struggle to get out of her dog bed and has been running around like a young pup for months now!!! Thank you ??”

“LETS RAISE THE WOOF! While getting ready for the holiday, my mom's dog needed a hair cut. He looked very shabby. You can see below I posted before and after pictures of his hair cut. The services provided here are great. All of the people we came into contact with are lovely and have a wonderful bedside manner. They ask about how you want your pup to look and any other service you may or may not need provided. Ear cleaning, nails cut etc. I came inside the shop yesterday since I needed to grab some toys and treats for our fur baby. Luckily, Woof Gang is a very easy walk from where my mother lives. The shop itself is adorable. From a very modern looking exterior with very neat and cute signage. Inside is even cuter. With bubblegum pink walls and all sorts of toys, treats and biscuits you are for sure going to find something for your fur babies inside. All of the cookies and cakes are made in house and have the cutest sayings on them. I went a little wild inside getting my pup some amazing treats, toys and things for Christmas. He is a member of the family too and I was so happy to be able to find him all the toys and things he will love for years to come. Pro tip: if you pay in cash at this shop you will receive 10% off your purchases. This is a great incentive to provide. As not too many people carry/use cash anymore these days but for those that do, you will receive a discount.”

“This is the best pet store ever! My dog and cat both love all of healthy pet's products. We have been coming to the store regularly for 8 years. From the dog/cat wash to superior treats to the phenomenal staff- nothing else compares.We started coming to the store when the owner was there every day with his sweet pup Biggie. He has cultivated an amazing community. My 13 year old domestic shorthair and my 6 year old Australian Shepherd are both incredibly healthy and youthful and it's all because of healthy pet!Do yourself a favor and order from them or visit in person!”
“This is probably the best dog store I have ever been to anywhere in the country! The owner is really friendly, helpful, and cares about both his customers and their furry friends! We live in Oklahoma and come to this store every time we're in town! If you use his dog bath, he also pulls out all the stops with a fan or heater for the humans (depending temp outside), towels, a hair scrubber, and a pitcher for soapy water. Recommend ?!”
“My cat LaLa and I highly recommend groomer Michelle. Michelle is always loving and skillful at trimming and uses a router/grinder to finish LaLa's nails. LaLa never complains or fusses. Amazing. Best yet is it cost only $13 so I always give a tip. Meow!”
“Such a great team - I was running incredibly late and had no choice but to stop for dog food because we were completely out. I called the Far West location and got Shiela who, while we were on the phone, looked me up, figured out what I needed, and then rang me up over the phone. When I got to the shop they ran it out to the car for me. it saved me so much time, I got to where I was going on time, and she was so friendly and kind about all of it!”

“I've never been to the stores because I live all the way in PA, but I still had a great experience with this company. Recently my office received a completely free gift card from this company in the amount of $25, I figure as an attempt to get their name to new people while helping our furry friends get toys, treats and nutritious foods! My favorite thing I noticed was the natural ingredients in ALL the treat and food options. On the back of the card it kindly requested that if I wasn't able to use the card, to please consider donating it, so I chose to donate the funds to the Central Texas SPCA- but instead of mailing the card and hoping for the best, I was able to use Tomlinson's online website to redeem the $25 and with a few dollars of my own I shipped a load of doggy toys, treats and flea products straight to the shelter with FREE shipping!!
