I was sent to this store from another store to get an in stock item. The manager at this store has the item in stock on a top shelf and refused to get the item for us because the store was closing in 10 minutes.
They just lost the sale of $369.99 for an aquarium filter and all my future business. This is why people use Amazon now. Employees are habitually lazy.

I came in about eight minutes early for my dog's appointment and my groomer had not arrived to work yet. The person who greeted me inside the grooming room refused to check me in and said I would have to wait until my groomer arrived in about two minutes. I had one dog under my arm and another on the floor and it was kinda difficult to wait so I went out to my car. I'm not sure if I am over reacting but it really rubbed me wrong to be told you need to wait when she could have checked me in. I guess just the not knowing how long it would really take for my groomer to arrive and she arrived in about five minutes and I know, what's the big deal if it is two minutes or five minutes but I felt like going somewhere else.
My Petsmart groomer does such a good job with my Jacob and she is such a sweetheart I did not want to punish her because someone else who did not feel like helping out. Also Jacob really needs a hair cut. I don't know, am I over reacting?

Very upset the store associate at this location made my baby cry did not want to sale her a 29cent gold fish I did not appreciate it at all she made my little girl cry will never ever ever take my kids here again

VERY DISAPPOINTED.. we took my dog Paris to get haircut at Pet Mart,
Misty job lousy work, didn't cutting all especially only face and hands/feet. MISTY and Mgr. ADAM we questions them, didn't answer my question. Both say, its because Parish is puppy.. MISTY and Mgr. ADAM very con-artis us. We unhappy about it. I call HQ, explanation what happened. Here location, DO NOT GO THERE!! "ALERT"

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at PetSmart.I visited during their advertised happy hour discount, but the service was a letdown.
The front desk staff told me to wait outside, only to inform me later that they couldn't provide the bath and grooming services I requested. When I asked about dental cleaning, I was asked for vaccination records, despite informing them that my pet had received vaccinations that same day.
The staff member's attitude was unfriendly and unprofessional, with a fake smile that made the interaction even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, when I spoke to the manager about the issue, my concerns were dismissed, and the staff member's behavior was excused.
Overall, I'm unhappy with the service and would caution others about the inconsistent policies and unfriendly staff at PetSmart

I used to go to the round rock location (loved them), but switched to this location because we moved. The first few times they were great and I loved the service my dog received which reflected in my tips. The express service (furminator wash and brush) for my dog for the past several years has taken at least 2 hours which is understandable since he is a 100+ lb husky mix and has a lot of fur and it takes awhile to get him fully dried (words from past groomers). However, the previous visit they have called me to say he is done in exact one hour and today he was done in less than an hour (completed check in at 9:40am and received a call at 10:33am). I questioned how they were to able to finish him in LESS than an hour when it’s taken at least two in the past. Their answer is that he was better behaved this time and that he was “very very bad” in the past. Neither locations they have brought up any bad behavior issues with me during his past visits other than kennel issues which is why we do express. When I got him back today, it is evident that his second layer of fur is still damp which will cause skin and smelling issues like last time. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. Please save yourself time and money and take your double coated dog elsewhere.

Very quick for pick up my order was ready the minute I walked through the door and I had only checked in the location in about 15 minutes prior.

I found everything I needed quickly, and the checkout process for prescription food with the RX cards was super easy!
The cashier at register #1 around 4 P.M. on Sat 11/9 was super nice! They calmly explained things about the rewards, asked how my day was, and wished me a good weekend too! I didn't see a nametag, but they had short, curly brown hair in a bun and were calm and quiet. 😊 They didn't make me feel rushed or unknowledgeable and happily gave me bags for my items when I asked.
I will definitely return!
