“The only reason I'm giving the team at RocketBanners five stars is because the system won't let me do 10. Evan and Saul took on my project which was a challenge out of their usual wheelhouse--photo lamination on suitcases--and they didn't hesitate a microsecond in saying yes. AND they put up with my being very particular how I wanted the task to look. AND they accepted a tight deadline even while they had several of their bare-bones staff out sick (including Evan). AND they worked with me asking a million questions. AND they knocked it right out of the park, ahead of the deadline and for such an amazing price I got two done instead of one. Can you believe such excellent service and execution exists in this day and age, 'cause I sure didn't. If you want to get personalized luggage with a favorite photo or image on it, skip all those cheap Chinese-made sources and go professional, go local. I got two made for a little more than the price of one and if they ever need re-lamination, it's just the cost of the new image and its application, not an entirely new suitcase.
