“I don't normally do reviews, but thought I'd make the effort as I had such a great experience. the people behind the counter the lady who served me was very helpful. the guys around the back when I picked up the trailer were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I noticed a couple of dents in the trailer and the chap put on some stickers to acknowledge they were there. the return process was also very easy. all in all a very good experience I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Tried to get propane from U-Haul on three different occasions. Every time they were either out of propane, or had issues with the machine. Called this place, which is just down the road, and they were extremely courteous, friendly, and very reasonably priced to put propane in my motorhome.”

Received this postcard in the mail. Called to order since code was not working on site, customer service said it had expired on the 25th of August. I shared the postcard received which stated the 9.29.25 exp date, and they refused to help. I escalated, asked for management to call, they never did. I called again, got customer support who said they could help by getting a manager, they left me on hold for just shy of an hour. Their new rate is almost double. We have been customers for years. Very disappointed.”

“I really liked working with these folks—David and Gary especially. Their attention to detail and knowledge of the trade was apparent and very helpful when it came to explaining the various aspects of the job they were doing for us. Mostly I appreciated their communication before, during, and after visits. They're pros, but they're also people, and they recognize they're doing a job for people who depend on them to be on time, or at least communicate when issues come up, and to do good work. Gas can be very dangerous, so there is no room for error. I trust absolute propane and would recommend them to anyone.”
