We were delayed 30 min returning the truck due to heavy traffic related to the closure of the I-35/Ben White flyovers on 8/17/26, and were billed for an additional day. I didn't think this was fair.

We had items in storage for 4 months and did not have any problems. I really like the staff! They're no nonsense, very friendly and extremely helpful. I will continue to use this location in the future.
