When I walked in, Eddy greeted me and got up and walked to the teller desk even though two other employees where there taking care of customers and I was NEXT in line. Talk about service! Then we went to her desk and opened my new account. This is a Texas based bank indeed. Plenty of parking. Coffee. Etc.

Staff has always been incredibly helpful, professional and quick to resolve my issue. Staff also has great taste in manga ;P
