I'm wondering if there is some suspect racism that's going on regarding this bank. I went to one of their other branches that emphatically told me that when they open up your new accounts that they provide you your banking card My friend opened up an account there on Friday of last week which would be technically three banking days ago and per was provided his card I walked in he is Caucasian by the way and I asked them right after leaving another branch that told me they emphatically do it and the gentleman told me that they don't on the website it says that they do My black face walked in he told me that they didn't It just did not feel right I don't know You tell me

Staff has always been incredibly helpful, professional and quick to resolve my issue. Staff also has great taste in manga ;P

All employees are good ..helpful.. always welcoming smilingM staying in Georgetown but I like to go to this branch every time..I don’t believe they believe they behave rude to anyone…no chance…Best Brah…Dharmesh..

To Brandon, you are charged to cash "their own checks" because you are not a customer. *Customers* have the privilege of check cashing services for free. Random people who the bank does not know, who they can't verify if it's a forged check of their customer, they are charged. Wild, I know.

Horrible experience here! Wouldn't cash a check at the drive thru, went in the branch and was charged $23.50 to cash there own check...
