3rd time to use the facility and had some challenges with access using the app & codes this time around - Marcel returned my call promptly - came out and got me squared away quickly - and was an absolute pleasure to meet. Great service.

Dawn was sooo helpful this past weekend with my family !! She helped us secure the perfect sized space for some times I had to put into storage! And the promotion is great! You can’t beat it.

This is supposed to be a monitored facility. Wrong!! Management let someone in and to steal my trailer I was paying to park. Not only was one parking spot over $200 in less than the eight months my trailer was parked there they upped the parking spot rent twice!! And now the dirty blond white lady at the front desk trying to say they didn’t and they can’t tell me the day my trailer was stolen even though they supposedly film the property. They’re are about to be sued by me. I do not recommend. It’s too pricey of a place with no one actually monitoring or protecting your things. Management please be on the look out for my attorneys reaching out to you.

I just wanted to write to you all again and express my deepest gratitude to Marcel, Dawn, Richard and the company as a whole. You all have taken great care of me. Today I upgraded to a bigger unit and Marcel really gave me great care. He made the process so easy and simple, his customer service was absolutely impeccable. I got the exact unit I wanted in the location I wanted it in. I didn't have to move buildings or floors and I was able to move units in no more than an hour. I am so happy to be a customer with you all and I'm glad to be staying at this location! I also appreciate you all giving me credit towards my account and taking my previous concerns seriously. THANK YOU to public storage and the Research Blvd team so much. Special thank you to Marcel because I've been wanting to move units for months but he really took all the stress and worry out of it.
