Fast easy process. Made an appt, waited less than 1min before i was called in. Nurse was fast and efficient. Whole process of the blood test took 12min total.

I'd give them negative stars if I could. Phlebotomist was borderline cruel when I explained I had a severe phobia of needles. Wouldn't even allow me a minute to compose myself. I was there maybe three minutes before she threw me out saying I was taking too long and I needed to learn how to calm down. Such a lack of compassion and empathy. I wish she had given her name so I could call her out directly. Just abysmal behavior. No one should come here.

Just dealt with the rudest Latina woman of my life that’s an employee of this location. She essentially kicked me out, called me dumb, and didn’t take my insurance just because I had questions. And also took my stool sample and now I’m worried it won’t get submitted.

30min wait for scheduled appt. Person before drug testing, upset and wouldn’t let me sign in. The tech was AWESOME … Claudia U. she was gentle, friendly, helpful, and made it a worthy experience. That is the only reason I would return to this place and because I was forced to come to class because of Mark Hyman, MD labs.

Not a soul here. Checked in at a kiosk and wasn’t seen for half an hour despite scheduling an appointment and there being literally 0 other patients at the lab. Horrible.

My tech was the best. I checked in 2 minutes before my appointment, and got pulled back 1 minute after. 3 minutes from check-in to the blood draw is amazing. My tech was great. I'm a hard stick and he made it really comfortable for me.

I made an appointment at 12:10 for a drug screen, that eventually only took 3 total minutes. I arrived at 12:00, but by 12:30 I was the next in line for my appointment, according to the staff and the waiting room screen. By 1, I was still waiting even though staff was helping walk-ins and others who had appointments after mine. The person who kept ignoring me even when I asked questions had dark curly hair. Her lack of professionalism was a disgrace to medical professionals everywhere. Quite frankly this was pathetic and everyone at Quest should be embarrassed. I waited over an hour for a 3 minute appointment and was treated rudely the entire time.

Here is my experience, I arrived at 9:40, I checked in by 10:00, a person who arrived and checked in after I did, they entered first. And here I am still at 10:10 waiting for them to call me...🤡
