Incredibly friendly staff, I barely felt the blood draw. Told the staff how anxious I’ve been about it and then were incredibly accommodating. I came in 15min before they closed and the two staff members were so friendly despite coming in last minute.

At both locations I have been to the phlebotomists only used gauze and a tape to stop bleeding (ie no pressure bandage) AND I consistently end up with gigantic bruises from these blood draws. I use Quest because it is covered by insurance and has great locations, but I am looking into switching labs.
