Based on the earlier reviews , I was skeptical about visiting this place for my appointment. But I had an extremely hassle free and friendly experience with Betty. She was kind enough to let us know well in advance about the delay expected in appointment . This helped for all the patients with an appointment and on standby.

The phlebotomist was a real pro. I have veins that blow easily and are hard to find. She got it on the first stick and was able to collect all 9 vials. Scheduling and check in are really easy. Honestly, the only think I don't love is the waiting room. It's very claustrophobic and makes me anxious. Fortunately, since I had scheduled ahead, my wait was only about 5 minutes.

Quick, painless, and phlebotomist was kind and had a wonderful demeanor. Thanks for making lab work simple and painless! No issues or rooting around trying to find a vein!

Betty at Ben White is incredibly rude. I walked in just now and said “excuse me, I see you’re busy.” and her response was “what!” . So unprofessional and rude. I’ll go to another location.

Horrible. The lady with grey hair is extremely rude. If you hate your job that's a you problem. Do not take it out on patients.

Needed blood drawn before a certain time so booked my appointment pre that time but it was so disorganized they didn’t draw them on time.
Not the first time I’ve sadly had a terrible experience here

This location gave me the wrong info which ruined my testing and labs. Forcing a delay in getting labs done by requiring new ones. Unacceptable when you’re sick.

Jose was excellent and I barely realized he had started to draw blood. He was also able to get me in right away despite a glitch in Quest’s scheduling software that confirmed an appointment but then did have it show up in the office.

Rude staff. Clarresa. Not sure he name. Worst I’ve ever been treated while getting blood work. She lacks compassion and is horribly bad at her job.

There was one good employee that was here but then she left. The employees recently are rude and inflexible. They will respond curtly. I will have to find a new place to collect my routine blood work. This site is clearly missing the mark.

Krista is experienced and fast and so nice, I’m scared of needles and she made the whole experience so pleasant and easy.
