I already really struggle with blood work and an extreme fear of needles, and Id like to thank you for making that experience even worse. Full sarcasm while reading that please. I have to get blood work quarterly, and no matter what I do, even since I was a kid, I cant get over how hard it is. I freak myself out so much sometimes, I request each time I'm here to lay down to have my blood drawn since I get dizzy and faint sometimes. Not only was I ignored on 2 visits by the same doctor, and was sitting upright, but you guessed it. I got sick, dizzy, and ended up being there for 45+ minutes both instances. Instead of listening to me, and letting me lie down for the blood draw, you told me id be fine and then got irritated when i needed time to feel like i wasnt going to vomit and pass out. Don't complain to me you have other patients to see when my face is pale, my hands are clammy, and i can barely see with my vision blurring in and out. Since were on the topic of this doctor still, my most recent visit i wasnt even seen. I checked in, and the scanner wasnt working so i got a number. I waited for an hour, with everyone else going before me, and then new patients getting seen instantly while i still sat there. Of course, my favorite doctor from the pits of hell was there, and made eye contact with me MULTIPLE times and didnt think to ask me if i was checked in, or needed help. When i finally got the balls to bother her, she stopped me and said "theres a queue, you just wait your turn." My appointment was 11am. It is 12:23, and there were plenty of people who went ahead of me. This happened about a week ago, but ive honestly been so frustrated its taken me time to figure out what to even do with what happened. If you have to absolutely get your blood work done here, avoid the doctor whos short, has a red & black bob cut & is usually wearing a face mask & heavy set, avoid her like the godamn plague. She doesnt care about you, your concerns, and isnt here to help you. Honestly super happy i dont know her name so i dont have to permanently hate people with her name forever. Im a few weeks behind on my bloodwork i owe my doctor now because i literally do not even know where to go for blood work now. Fuck yall.

The lab tech was so freaking rude and unhelpful and just kept talking about how bad she wanted to go homeZero customer service skills

The visit was satisfactory. However, getting results from the Quest website is a frustrating circus.

You can’t talk to an actual person when you call and the hours seem to vary. Definitely make an appointment (seems like they usually have them available the next day). The people are nice, the place itself is nothing special. Very in and out.

Went on a Saturday morning since I had to fast to get blood labs that should have been fully covered as routine. The phelobotomist told me I was going to owe $65. Quest bills tests as diagnostic that are supposed to be coded as routine and covered by insurance

Christa was an absolute Rockstar! She helped me from start to finish at my scheduled appointment. Her upbeat attitude and precise stick made for a pleasant experience.

Krista was great. Didn’t wait long at all and she was sweet and efficient.

You can not call and talk to a human being. When I showed up. It was 1215 and despite the empty lobby was told they weren’t taking walk ins and lunch began at 1. Rude as well

Was sent from my doctor for a blood draw after my pcp appt and was told rgis quest was open until 4:30 and they take walk ins. I arrived at 4:20 pm and was told they were closed and they already took their last appointment. I asked if appointments were necessary and she said they were closed and just repeated herself. Pretty annoying when they just had to draw a tube of blood that would’ve taken 5 minutes and I went out of my way after my doctor appointment to get the blood draw.

Arrived as walk in - was told closed for lunch. came back at 2pm. No patients and only one employee. same one said closed for lunch. Said had to wait until she took care of appointments first. With no patients on the room except myself I asked how long do you think that might take? I only need blood work ? She had no idea we would just have to wait and see. I asked how many appointments do you have lined up in front of me- she couldn't tell me that. I Asked if I should make an appointment- she replied if you like -you can do what ever you want - several times. I walked out feeling like she was discriminating and was not going to accommodate my medical need. You should go to a different organization period if that's the type of employee s they hire to take care of your medical condition!!! only gave one star to write this- otherwise it's 0 ! She should find a job she likes- oh ! Maybe she has that job doing nothing to help the company make money!

Super rude girl. Just not friendly. Scanned did not work and they should have a sign so we don’t enter everything and then be told when I asked to skip it.

Showed up for an appointment & there was a paper note on the door that said closed. I was told by the pharmacy that no one showed up for work. I was not notified. I have sensitive material to turn in & now have to find another quest location & hope they can take a walk in.

I set up my yearly appointment for lab draw for insurance purposes, fasted, showed up on time. There was already an upset patient waiting at the locked door. The line started forming behind me of angry people waiting for lab draws. The pharmacist who was working just next door saw what was happening and came over and told us this is common practice for Quest.
