Avoid this dealer and take your business elsewhere. If you didn't purchase directly with them, they really don't want to deal with you. They make it difficult and avoid wanting to help you with your play system. Need it tightened and assessed for replacement parts? Only option is that you must pay $945+tax for a package that includes powerwashing/staining, even if you don't need it, and it doesn't include the assessment, either - that's another $250+tax. This dealer doesn't uphold the Rainbow commitment to encourage play and exploration and is only in it for the money.

I would stay away from this place. I paid thousands of dollars for a playscape with a 5 year warranty. I called 18 months ago about rotting wood. They approved my claim, but 18 months later they still do not have the parts. They are too busy selling new playscapes to take care of existing customers.

Unfortunately I am very disappointed with the service provided by this company. I bought a brand new playset, paid top dollar expecting warranty and good service. Waited 6 weeks to have it installed. Installation was done with portions of the play set missing. Holes made on the wrong place. 4 weeks later, three appointments missed on their side, several excuses and still missing what I paid for. About that lifetime warranty promise… why should you care if they cannot deliver a complete set to begin with?

Paid in full but still haven't delivered as per schedule. They are not returning my calls nor messages. We've been waiting for over 2 months now. Not to mention how dissapointing it is for kids. They ruined our Jul 4 weekend plans....

Similar to other reviews. Bought a system. Went back and forth with the installer that the system did not look right (wasn't fitting into the landscaped space). Come to find out, they installed the wrong swing beam that is 4 feet longer than the one I purchased. Lots of cracks in the wood due to overdrilling of the screws. Been 5 weeks without the canopy because they brought the wrong one so now there is tons of bird p*** in the clubhouse. If they make errors, there is no sense of urgency to correct it, you have to be re-added to the delivery. Asked if they would re-position the set into the proper location (that was requested upon installation" and got the response, "I don't have time for that". The employee even had enough gall to tell me how much space I did not have (even though she did not measure) and to disregard the the ASTM recommended safety placement of a swing set although she had never been to my property. Had very high hopes but am VERY disappointed. Now I am concerned that if there is an issue covered under warranty that it will be a nightmare to get service.

Nice equipment and Rachel tries hard selling you, but long delays in getting equipment and even worse, after waiting, the install has been a joke...2 guys delivered and left due to rain, the manager called and asked if it was raining...and I said no its sunshine....he supposedly sent the guys back but they never showed...he called later and said they would be here the next day. One guy instead of 2 shows up....he worked very hard but it was too much for one guy by the time he got to Austin from San Antonio...he says someone will call, nobody ever did...another call to sales, another promise, TWICE MORE, people fail to show up...no calls, I keep calling and get told its another week of having a half built playset in my yard.....honestly they'll sell you quickly, but someone need to fix the customer service and operations!

Nice equipment and Rachel knows her stuff in helping you pick out the right system. Much better built than other products, and installatinstallation crew went the extra mile in making sure the system was set prproperly.

Great service! They got the trampoline set up in the rain for my daughters Birthday party. They had a ball. This is my third and last trampoline purchase. Wish I would have gone for good quality years ago!

Terrible customer service. Not helpful at all. We have been waiting for almost a year for parts we ordered back in May. Quoted one price for install and two weeks later quoted a price almost 3 times higher. PSA, use someone else.

Working with Rachel Brunson of Rainbow Play systems on 620 was such a pleasure and an easy process. She was super professional , came out to the site and measured precisely for the right play system. She used her knowledge to recommend exactly what we needed for our son within his age range and for the amount of space we had to work with. Eight weeks later( yes, they are booked up and in demand) we had a professionally installed rainbow play system and it’s absolutely wonderful. Everything from the ordering to the install process was perfect! I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of the system. Thank you so much to Rachel, the installers and Rainbow Play Systems for everlasting memories. My son is absolutely over the moon with his new Rainbow ? play system.

Do not buy your playscape from the 620 location. Choose another location. Their customer service is terrible and you can get any help. Our play system was bought a month ago and they only set up half of it. Guys kept coming out with the wrong parts and they would just leave them with us. Still have yet to receive the rest of our play system. Every time we called to make an inquiry about our playscape they wouldn’t remember us from the last time. We now have half a playscape and a yard full rainbow materials.

We bought Rainbow Playset recently and both my kids aged 6 and 12 are having fun playing on it. The playset is sturdy and tall enough for even my elder one who is above average height for his age. They get good exercise with it for at least 20-30 mins at least every day. It was timely purchase right before COVID-19 caused everything to be shutdown. Fortunately kids did not complain being at home having fun on their new playset. Highly recommended for their quality. Rachel who is sales manager with whom we corresponded during our purchase was super nice and easy to work with. Even during the shutdown they were nice enough to deliver it before earlier committed date.

We purchased on the high end play systems a few years ago. We have had some wood rot and need to get our playscape re-stained. I contacted them back in March to submit a warranty claim for replacement parts. I wanted to get these redone so I am get it restrained. It has been 7+months since we submitted our paperwork. They said it's due to covid and their warehouse, but they continue to sell new playscapes. Our warranty expires in Dec and they still have not been able to give us an update on replacement parts. My kids would like to play on their playscape and it is an eye sore because it needs to be stained. I would look else where for a play set as their customer service is little to none after you purchase. Quality is also suspect for the amount of money they charge.

Rachel at Rainbow Play Systems has very helpful and responsive the entire step of the way. We will definitely order from Rainbow again in the future.
