Great service. Came right out and helped us with our system. We thought it was a lost cause and the manager solved it with a house call. Couldn't be more pleased.

I would stay away from this place. I paid thousands of dollars for a playscape with a 5 year warranty. I called 18 months ago about rotting wood. They approved my claim, but 18 months later they still do not have the parts. They are too busy selling new playscapes to take care of existing customers.

Paid in full but still haven't delivered as per schedule. They are not returning my calls nor messages. We've been waiting for over 2 months now. Not to mention how dissapointing it is for kids. They ruined our Jul 4 weekend plans....
