I love this place when I don't want to go to a far supermarket. All the workes are nice and friendly. It's easy to find something that you want. The prices are okay.

Randall's on Balcones is great! We use it like a large convenience store. The Pharmacy people are the best at this location.

Randall‘s is probably the second largest grocery store in Austin besides H-E-B. They often have great sales, especially around Christmas and Thanksgiving where they give turkeys away usually if you spend a certain amount of money. So for that reason before you go shopping for Thanksgiving supplies Wait until you see if you can get a free turkey out of it at Randall‘s. People here are helpful and they have a lot of plants and flowers in their flower department.

Probably the best Randalls in Austin, and certainly the best I have had the pleasure of shopping at. This store has very kind and courteous staffers. They welcome you in-store and are eager to help make your shopping experience like no other. The pastries are great and so are the deals. Overall, I recommend this store.

Outstanding Honesty and Customer Care!
About two weeks ago, I lost my wallet and had just about given up hope of ever seeing it again. Out of the blue, I received a message through social media letting me know that it had been found and was safely being held at the store.
I was blown away by the integrity and effort it took to track me down and make sure I got it back. We shop at this location multiple times a week, and this experience only deepened our appreciation for the team there.
A heartfelt thank you to Naomi and the store manager—you went above and beyond, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Your kindness and honesty have earned our continued loyalty. We’re lucky to have a store like this in our community!

Really happy with Randall’s still feeling like an actual grocery store. Seems it’s one of the few places in Austin you can still go where customer service still exists; the workers are not too busy to help if needed, and the atmosphere doesn’t feel like you are in Walmart, ugh. I do wish their prices were a little lower, but the sales seem to make up for a lot of the pricing if you are a careful shopper.

This was my first time shopping here. I ordered flowers for my partner. 10 red stem tulips to be exact and they got my order wrong. Actually my order wasn’t even present. They made the completely wrong order. Gave me the wrong note. Instead gave me some flowers that were mashed. It was an all around horrible experience. Unorganized in its entirety. I will not be purchasing anything else from there.

It's a nice store worthy of 5 stars, but the deli is just 2 stars. The chicken "tenders" were not tender at all. They were very dry.
The banana pudding didn't have any bananas in it. Just some pudding with wafers in it. Disappointing.

I had a positive visit with Claressa in pharmacy. Next, I met with Eddy in produce. He picked a watermelon for me which was very good. Thanks for loading my car Eddy.
