Ray's watch and jewelry repair is excellent in their ability to repair a wide range of items. I asked for a bracelet to be sized down and turn the links into earrings and fix multiple other pieces. In addition, the customer service is outstanding.

Repaired the band on my Bulova watch. I ordered a replacement Krystal because I had a couple scratches and they replaced it looks like a brand new watch
