Blown away on the customer service and prompt repair. Price was great as well. My Dad had an old watch he's been saying he wanted fixed and they got the glass and wrist band done right on the spot. 5 min tops. I would give 100 stars if I could!!!

I came in last week to get work done on two watches. The two guys working were professional, helpful and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely go back to them in the future and couldn't have been more impressed.

Needed a quick easy necklace clasp adjustment, was in and out of the store within 5 minutes. Excellent service. Will be back to Ray’s for my watch and jewelry repairs
