I have had a pleasant experience living here for the past 2 years. Karissa went above and beyond in getting the lease terms renegotiated that helped me save some money when I had to terminate the lease for some unforeseen reason.

I only gave it 4 stars because of the rattling noise in my bathroom wall that’s been going on for 8 months without it being fixed after plenty of maintenance requests.
