The maintenance staff is generally described as great, extremely helpful, professional, and always willing to work with residents. We've been at The Residences at the Domain just over a year now. Karissa has been more than helpful since our first visit. Always professional, always friendly and always knowledgeable with any questions or concerns. Location convenience and quality of life are superb but Karissa is truly the cherry on top!

I’ve been living at this location for about a year and a half with no complaints. Karissa at the main office is outstanding and super friendly. My rent only went up about 50 bucks after my first year. The location is incredible, and I will continue to re-sign year after year. Best deal in the domain.
