The leasing office management is also described as fabulous, warm, and helpful, going above and beyond for residents. The lower price and age of the building come with expected issues. There are frequent maintenance problems, such as broken appliances, occasional power outages, and a known central AC system that does not operate from approximately November to March, requiring residents to use windows and fans. There is also a pest issue, with cockroaches present, though pest control is provided. The building is generally calm, quiet, and safe, with management noted for keeping the property secure. Some units are updated, though the kitchens may have limited storage. The on-site laundromat machines are sometimes unreliable. Overall, it is recommended for graduate students or those on a budget who value location, space, and responsive management over modern amenities.

I was visiting a friend who lives in Downtown Austin and stayed with them for a weekend. The property is very clean and in a lovely location, a lot within walking distance. The pool was very nice and I had a great time staying at the complex
