They were great. They listened and heard my concerns. They offer alternative medicine and didn't push allapathic medicines

Moved to Austin about a year ago and have had a couple of negative experiences at other clinics. Roots really listened to my concerns guided us while allowing us to make our own decisions about treatments for our dogs. Highly recommend!
