After going through the phone menu to order, I'm put on hold for 10 minutes, only to have someone answer and ask me what I'm needing then putting back on the same menu that I already been through. Waiting additional 17 + still no answer.

Tony was my technician and he replaced my home oxygen unit which was lacking, and installed a new one and gave me instructions on how to use it and use the humidifier and did so in great details he would have bugging me on his classically trained customer service technicians
