Depends who's at the counter, but more often than not they are able to get me what I need despite my extreme shoe size. If they don't have it in stock they will order, but it will take some time. Overall, satisfied.

I have large feet andthey didn't have any work boots in store. The guy had 3 pairs of boots for me to try within a week. Very knowledgeable and helpful
