I was in town on business and I stayed here for a month. The rooms are spacious and the TV huge but do not expect local stations. The beds are very comfortable and the staff helpful. However there is only one working elevator and that works most of the time. They say they are upgrading the elevators but due to global supply issues, there is a significant delay. The supply chain has been fixed for two years. Breakfast is best eaten elsewhere as they are down to hard boiled eggs and oatmeal. There are a few pieces of bread and Eggos but eat elsewhere. Only coffee and water too. It was a quiet stay but the experience could have been better.

Pros: Good front desk staff and house keeping staffs and good location. On the first day, one of the elevators was out of service. On the next day, both elevators were out of service. The room and restroom were super clean.I will give zero rating for the hotel management and owner. But I will not go there again or recommend it to anyone due to the following reasons.Cons: There's a 50$ deposit/ day which will be refunded. They do not provide necessary amenities, this deposit is really a waste.Rooms are comparatively small than other hotels and very small restrooms. There's no microwave , kettle or safety locker as they claim on Agoda.Worst breakfast ever. They are trying save money by giving some cheap items like frozen waffles and tiny pieces of bread. There wasn't even enough bread for everyone.Coffee machine is an old one which is a combined kettle setup which uses some "coffee bags" (yes, similar to tea bags) for making coffee. I had a hard time keeping the machine on. Coffee bags are limited three per day.If you didn't request house keeping, there's no chance to refill it.In conclusion it's a cheap, low quality setup to snatch money. You can get a much better hotel room for about the same price somewhere else.

This used to be my go to hotel, but now, from staff that doesn't speak English and look at you like you're stupid, to the outright JOKE of a breakfast with stale bread soggy cold eggo waffles with no syrup, to the spoiled milk with no cereal. I WONT be back I promise you that. It's slowly turning into the Laquinta (same local owner) but twice the price. Checkout says 11, but 9 am hits and boom, they are the u wanted wakeup call and will just come into your room. Keep your door locked at all times! Based off other recent reviews, this place will be ran into the ground by the cheap owners. The elevator is broken, and they are too tight to fix it, instead they have a "sorry" sign blaming supply chain troubles like it's still COVID. save your money and get a different hotel

Hotel was great, beds were soft, and the staff was amazing. I had a little hiccup with CLC, but the manager fixed it all right up. When I stay in the Austin area, this is definitely my hotel of choice.

It's says part of hyatt online but def no where close to hyatt standard. Bad area, only one elevator worked and the working one was very slow and kept stopping randomly. I took the stairs each time, felt safer than the elevator.Couldn't even watch TV, half the channels were static and the towels were very roughThe breakfast was boiled eggs and oatmeal, they had some coffee and apple/fruit punch juice boxes.Def won't come here again.Rooms: No goodSafety: Bad areaFood & drinks: Limited choices from snack bar, cooler

The good: the bed was comfortableThe bad: there is one "working" elevator, ants are crawling all over the room, contrary to the pictures there is no restaurant in the hotel, the complimentary breakfast had frozen and pre-packaged food strewn aboutThe hotel was clearly purchased by Sonesta recently as you can still see Hyatt branding in the hotel. Maybe it's still in a transition phase, but as it stands the hotel is not up to par to be a two star hotel, let alone a three star hotel. Several aspects of the hotel are in disrepair and show signs of neglect.Rooms: Spacious rooms with a comfortable bed, but the ants really damper the experience.Food & drinks: No restaurant in the hotel, despite the several pictures on the hotels Google page showing a display of meals. The complimentary breakfast feels more like an after thought.Noteworthy details: The hotel has two elevators that are extremely outdated. One is broken, and the other is incredibly slow.

When I arrived , the staff was very friendly but they ran out of key cards for the room. So it was quite inconvenient to have to leave my room and wait for staff to walk me back and forth to open the door and unsafe as well. Rooms were definitely worn out! Needs a major update!

The room was great. Loved that there was a sitting area. The night desk person was awesome. Helped us get the hotel's pack n play set up, helped with getting in when I was a zombie, and was just generally nice. Continental breakfast was yummy too. Better stocked than most I've been to.

I stayed here last weekend for two nights. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel and I would caution everyone to STAY AWAY from this place. Especially after reading other reviews, they are clearly in the practice of taking advantage of their customers. This is our experience: After being out for a few hours, we returned to the hotel and noticed that our room smelled like smoke. Before we could even take our shoes off and settle in, the front desk lady, BARGES into our room. And let’s be clear, they DID NOT knock and notify us in any way that they were entering our room before they came through the door (after looking into hotel laws, I will note that this is also an ILLEGAL action by hotel staff in this scenario). We were immediately rudely accused of smoking in our room. We assured the management that we were not smoking in the room and that we had just gotten there. We thought the situation was resolved. Then at about 1am in the morning, we woke up to POUNDING on the door and another accusation of smoking in the room. Let’s be clear that there was no smoking of any kind at any time in the room. There was also no evidence that we were smoking in the room, and we even insisted that the owner check our suitcases, the room, our car for any evidence of smoking. WE ARE NOT SMOKERS. The owner refused to hear our side or pay attention to clear evidence that we were not smoking in the room. We continued our stay, only to check out and receive more than $500 in fees for smoking in the room.We have been back to the hotel twice after our stay to try to get this sorted out and we are consistently told that the manager is not in and we will be contacted later. On one visit, an employee even told us that they found out it was the room next to ours that was smoking. Unsurprisingly, we have not heard anything from the manager. This is completely unacceptable by this hotel’s management. Not only was our stay interrupted rudely, and illegally, twice by hotel staff, but we have been taken advantage of with absurd, baseless fees with NO evidence, and a clear admission from an employee that they know we were not smoking in the room. I will just end by saying, beware of this hotel and its management. I will edit this post if I ever hear back from the hotel and they decide to make this situation right, otherwise I would advise you to stay away from this place.
