I have been at this storage facility for a couple of years now and have been very pleased. Shannon is always so friendly and helpful. Units are easy to access and they keep the facility very clean and tidy!

I've used this storage facility for several years without issue. The prices are a little steep, but what would you expect in that location? The facility is clean, customer service is great, and you have easy access to your units. If you're looking for a storage facility, this is your place for sure.

We've had issues at other storage spots, such as U-haul (don't use them!), but South Austin Storage was fantastic. Helpful, friendly staff and a clean, secure spot.
