We canceled cable and they're still charging us. We're in the process of trying to get it figured out but we don't know if anything can be done. The service is not worth it

Extremely disappointing experience with this company. They consistently overcharge businesses without justification, yet magically lower the bill when you call to cancel. Service is frequently interrupted, and reaching customer support means waiting 20+ minutes. To make matters worse, my in-store visit was frustrating—the staff was rude and unprofessional. I highly recommend choosing T-Mobile (right next door) for better service, professional customer care, and a much smoother experience overall.

Too slow, it's worse when there are 2 dark-skinned people, a woman and a man, taking turns going to the back and taking a long time resting. If you don't speak English, they won't serve you. It's discrimination. Those two dark-skinned people have people waiting who only speak Spanish.

Worst wait time experience returning the modem, after I already canceled the service through the phone beforehand. Return should be walk in, scan equipment, and leave. Not waste an hour in line for such a quick task. Will never come here again and glad to end my service for good with them.

People are rude . They don't welcome you when you come in and if you have never been to a spectrum store how are you supposed to know that you need to sign in on a device to be called . The employees did not explain the sign in process to anyone that was coming in so they will just let you stand around until some other customers tells you what needs to be done for them to call you .

After coming here about a month ago and cancelling my service to move to T-mobile wifi (which has been much easier to deal with) I confirmed with spectrum via chat, phone, and in store that my account was closed and I would not be charged. I open my bank account today to see I was charged $95!!!! BY SPECTRUM! i removed my payment information from my account last month, I made sure Autopay was off, I confirmed with SPECTRUM that i did not owe them any more bills, I even checked my account yesterday to make sure my bill was $0 and my account was closed.

My service was consistent...few outages....customer service okay...my complaint, and the reason I gave ONE STAR, is that they do not prorate bills when disconnecting...so I have to pay $75 for EIGHT days of use during the cycle before shut off....they need to disclose this so customers can prepare accordingly....note to prospective customers: CHECK BEFOREHAND SO YOU DON'T GET A NASTY SURPRISE LATER!!

I had been experiencing a technical issue with Spectrum and had spent a great deal of time working with their top specialists over the phone, but the problem remained unresolved. That changed when I visited the store and met Gia Valdez. In just one day, she not only fixed the issue but did so with remarkable brilliance, patience, and kindness. Her dedication and expertise were truly impressive. I have no doubt that she has a bright future ahead of her. Thank you, Gia, for your outstanding service!
