What's the point of booking an appointment online, checking in ahead of time, and receiving a notification that it’s my turn, only to be left waiting endlessly? It's incredibly frustrating to waste half an hour without being able to complete something as simple as returning equipment. I ended up carrying everything to the store, only to have to take it all back home.
I strongly recommend returning items through UPS instead of at a Spectrum store to avoid this frustration—it could save you time and prevent a ruined day.

Service interruptions, that's what you can count on spectrum to have. They are the WORST! Important business meeting? Ha! Spectrum doesn't care. In the middle of an online real estate transaction? Again, spectrum does t care! They just plain provide irreliable and inconsistent service! Don't believe me? Check the actual outages that have happened in YOUR area. Be careful, watch out! They make promises that they have zero intention of following through on.
My advice: look elsewhere, like Google fiber. Spectrum is trash...

Carlos was rude, at first I came to unlock my phone, I told him I wanted to pay everything so I could cancel, he told me to do it over the phone, when I came back I told him I had already done it but it was still locked, he was very rude, like The telephone customer service girl at first tried to keep me from canceling by offering to lower the price, which is why I decided to cancel and because of the constant internet failures, they should improve their service, respect promotions, to stay with you. And be kind at all times like when you are going to hire… ?

Customer service needs improvement. Employee that we met Shae was constantly on phone while we were standing right in front of her. She seemed uninterested in her job and had an attitude when we asked any question. Very disorganized and unprofessional.

Nothing like being ignored, put your name in. Wait around for 20 minutes while six "workers" watch one person serve customers as the other customers get frustrated.

It's a total scam. They told us they offer 170 credit but turns out it only applies to the previous 2 months which we already paid. Which means the credit is $0. It's totally a joke.
After 1 hour call, they refused to allow us to use the credit.
Don't waste your time and energy, go any other service.

Amazing staff! Quick in and out!
