The worst hotel I have been in! Not worth of even one star.
We reserved this hotel for a soccer team tournament.
1- unfriendly front desk is an understatement
2-BED BUGS!! Horrible first night experience, got tons of bites!
3-got switched room . About to take a nap when noticed black spots on top of the bed (small little bugs). When showed them to the “manager “ he dismissed them quickly as air conditioning fuzz (brushing them off the bed). Got picture before he did that!!
4 if all that wasn’t enough a member of our party got her truck stolen!!!!!
I understand things happen some times but how management reacts makes tons of difference!! Nothing good to say there…

Safety: Truck got stolen!

Air conditioning wasn’t working on the top floor and had to move to a different floor to where the ac wasn’t much better.

I've been a Marriot member for a long time now. The assistant night manager was racist and gave me a very hard time at check-in. The morning crew is amazing the lady and Hispanic guy were very nice and polite. The breakfast did the job, but my room wasn't clean. It had mold and other spots on the bath floor and shower area. The A/C unit wasn't working properly.
Next time I'm in Austin, I'll be staying at the Spring Hill Suites The Domain area. Much better service and is cleaner than Spring Hill Suite Austin Parmer.

This is a nice hotel with reasonable rates. We stayed for one night, and found the room to be clean and well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of options. The only downside was a small gap at the bottom of the main door, which allowed outside conversations to be heard.
Rooms: We booked king suite for one night and is worth for the price tag. The sofa converted to full size bed, it also has reading table along with decent size room

Hello,
After making a 4 hour drive we were told we could not stay at the hotel and if we needed to call a friend or family member for a card of their choice, we could. I booked for my best friends wedding and no where on the site it says I can’t use my business card. I’ve been to over 10 countries using my same business card and the guy says because it will take too long to return my deposit, he can’t use my card. He was rude and inconsiderate. We had to change in the hotel’s bathroom and he didn’t want us to do that. I asked for a manager and he said “he will tell you the same thing” card.
This is insulting.

Completely garbage.
No customer service what so ever middle of August and ac not cooling leaking water inside the room, and when I noted it out, their response was that we can't manage every room and it will be the same in every room.

The hotel is located in a convenient place with easy access to IH 35 which is very nice. My family stayed there for one night and we liked the cleanness of the room, and the staff were very professional and helpful. However, my biggest complaint is the AC in the room. The AC fan would shut off automatically even the room temperature reached the set temperature and the fan was very loud. The only way to stop the AC fan was to turn off the AC, but then the room became too hot. So I had to manually turn on and off the AC several times during the night and it was a horrible experience. If you don't mind sleeping with a loud AC fan running, it is a fair hotel due to its location and cheap price, but I will not stay in this hotel in the future.
