SpringHill Suites Austin Parmer/Tech Ridge is a nice, comfortable, and cozy hotel. The rooms are clean, very nice, spacious, and quiet, with comfortable beds. The staff is simply amazing, wonderful, friendly, very helpful, gracious, accommodating, and attentive, making guests feel safe, welcomed, taken care of, and like family. The breakfast is delicious, with a nice arrangement and reasonable buffet items. The lobby is spacious and welcoming. The hotel fulfills all client needs and is highly recommended for both business and family travelers. While slightly far from downtown and tourist attractions, it is located near a gas station and restaurants. Some guests note the sofa bed is not comfortable and suggest improvements to housekeeping details. Overall, it is an excellent hotel where guests feel happy, safe, and comfortable, often wishing to return.
Great hotel for the price. Service was excellent and extra friendly. Rooms were clean, but just a little dated. I would stay again.

I have loved my stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very nice. The breakfast is delicious here as well. My only complaint is my personal item I had on my nightstand was thrown away and I know it was due to me placing it in the same place every day.
