Stax Austin is a vintage resell shop with a great selection of unique pieces and fair prices. The staff is super friendly and really nice. Most experiences are positive with reasonable pricing and items as described. However, online orders can have issues with communication and shipping delays, where customers sometimes feel ghosted before eventually receiving their product. The business will take extra steps to resolve problems. It comes highly recommended by many.

Purchased something online and have been ghosted for a week now. I got one response and have never been followed up with. They have my money and have not delivered any product.Update:Product has arrived as described. Pricing was great but communication was extremely lacking.
