The Belmont is a gorgeous, high-end, and unique event space in downtown Austin, perfect for company parties, weddings, private concerts, and any soiree. The venue offers a great flow with both indoor and outdoor spaces on the first floor, including an ivy-covered courtyard with a show-ready stage and a bar. A rooftop terrace provides a fantastic industrial skyline view. The entire upstairs area can serve as a VIP space. It features three full-service bars, including one outside and one inside, which are accommodating and do not go easy on the liquor. The venue has an awesome staff and is a treat to visit for a fun vibe, with great DJs hosting events like silent discos. The main issue noted is parking.

Rose at leasing office is the best. She is very patient with everyone and LOVE the way she works. I have been to several leasing places but nobody works like Rose, she is amazing.
