The lobby is great, featuring a bar, a restaurant, a coffee shop, and big fireplaces with lots of seating. The staff are described as amazing, outstanding, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Guest experiences with the rooms vary. They are noted as clean, large, very comfortable, private, and quiet in some cases, with very nice bathrooms, good materials, excellent shower pressure, and comfortable beds. Some rooms offer quaint and memorable furnishings. However, other reviews mention issues. Some rooms can feel lacking, with uncomfortable beds, dark bathrooms, and a need for more furniture and amenities, making them feel less functional. Concerns about cleanliness were noted in some rooms and in the hallways and common spaces, which can appear dirty or run down. Amazing Time at The LINE! Food was great, rooms are clean and have amazing staff. Wanna see the bats fly on lady bird lake this is the place for you.

Very friendly staff! Hotel is has a coo vibe to it in the lobby and main floor areas. My bathroom was unfortunately not cleaned and had trash and hair everywhere and the bathroom door was falling apart on the bottom half. Ceiling heights are very low as well
