My experience at recovery lab was amazing !I really wanted to try cryotherapy and they made this experience smooth. You can listen music and while you are doing your cryotherapy and times flies, I can assure you that you won’t feel cold at all if you focus in the music.They installation itself is clean and well distributed. The infrared sauna is a good experience and helps with stress and muscle inflammation. I will definitely come back again.thank you so much ✌?

I have been here a few times and really enjoy my time with all of the features on hand. The price is very affordable and the environment is super chill. Check out their extra large cryotherapy box you can move around and not feel claustrophobic unlike in other competitors. I always leave feeling relaxed and recharged. Two big thumbs up!

This was my first cryotherapy experience, and Rene made sure it went smoothly and as comfortable as possible. The coldness was shocking at first, but I felt so refreshed and amazing afterwards! The technology he uses at his business, including localized nitrogen, helped rehab my knee. 10/10 recommend! Thanks, Rene!

I go to the Recovery Lab every other week to help with my recovery. As a professional bodybuilding athlete making sure that I take care of my body and my health is very important to me. I love coming here - I do the cryotherapy, Nordic air compression, Joov red light therapy, and the IR sauna. Every single time I leave feeling refreshed and ready to hit the next training sessions hard. They are so kind here, they will make sure you have the best experiences possible. I highly recommend coming here for your health and recovery needs!!

This is a great place! my kids are doing track, football and cross country and they love this place. After an intense training session, my kids love to go to Recovery Lab and Cryo so they can recover faster. I have been doing the whole-body cryotherapy, red light and the air compression therapy and it is helping me with my sleep, skin health and energy. Rene is excellent, he is always checking how we are doing and feeling during the different therapies. We will highly recommend this place to anyone.
