We got to the airport and had issues with our reserved rental with Avis. So we went over to the thrifty counter and met Virginia. She got us everything we needed in a very swift and efficient manner. She was kind and extremely helpful. Highly recommend thrifty and for Virginia to get a raise.

Steph was amazing!!!! her co-workers were giving us a hard time finding the car at the customer service booth but we went back to Steph she sorted everything no problem!! very quick and easy recommend!! nice, clean car only had 4 thousand miles !!
