“I went to Ropeace last night and was in need of a couple of vapes. I've never been there before and was helped by Cat. She asked me a few questions and was able to find a couple of different options for me - I ended up purchasing both options, since they were highly endorsed by Cat. Cat was awesome - made me feel super comfortable and was just overall wonderful to talk to. She absolutely deserves a raise!”

“Honestly, this is my go-to smoke shop. All the dudes who work here are chill as hell and never make you feel dumb for asking questions. I've had nothing but good convos and good energy every time I’ve walked in. They’ve got a solid selection, and the prices are actually pretty reasonable compared to other spots I’ve been to. Last time I was in, I ended up in this random deep dive convo about hemp and how it’s been used for like...everything from rope to paper for centuries. Walked out with a new piece and some fun trivia, which was a win in my book. If you like good vibes, cool people, and leaving a little more educated than you came in, this spot hits.”

903 Montopolis Drive, Austin TX 78741
“I have tried everything else in Austin. This is the place for the best gear and consumables selection across multiple product lines. You may get a little bit higher end feel from other shops but everything here works and the staff is friendly. As an aside, for handhelds, I recommend the $70 option not the $40 in a pinch. If I think of it I'll update with product names.”

“I spent two nights at The Cigar Vault while visiting Austin, and it quickly became the highlight of my trip. From the moment I walked in, the staff welcomed me with open arms and made me feel right at home. As someone passing through from out of town, that kind of hospitality is rare and it did not go unnoticed. The atmosphere is exactly what you want in a great lounge: relaxed, friendly, and built around good conversation and great cigars. Both nights I felt like a regular rather than a visitor. If you are in Austin and looking for a place to enjoy a fine smoke and even better company, this is it. I will absolutely be back the next time I am in town.”

“I smoked one of there cigars last night and it was fantastic. That is why I decided to visit there cigar shop after work today. Roshi helped me with my selection of cigars in the walk-in humidor. They have a great selection. Roshi was very knowledgeable of the products sold there. Mary checked me out at the register and told me about the store. She showed me around. It's a very unique cigar shop. There's a comfortable seating area where you could enjoy a cigar. If you choose to. In one corner, there was a Cuban woman. Hand rolling cigars, and in another workstation. There was a gentleman giving a private lesson to a man learning to roll his own cigars. Everyone at babyloo cigar company was genuinelykind and warm hearted. This is a place that I will return to over and over again. They have their own website and you can order cigars, and have them shipped or pick them up there. I haven't checked the website out yet, but I intend to.”

“I’ve been a customer of this cigar lounge for the last 9 years. The first manager’s name was Jeff. What an amazing guy! Sadly cancer took his life and he is truly missed. The current management is also awesome! The atmosphere is great, the cigar prices are fair and the rewards program is competitive. Highly recommend this cigar lounge! Truly exceptional service.”

“I’ve been coming to all of the Happy Clouds locations for years now, just wanted to leave a review for Maria! I’m a tiny person and was scared to walk back to my car as there were a few men acting weird outside. Maria noticed I was worried and offered to walk me to my car without me asking. This is just one of many reasons why this franchise is the best!”

“FOR THE GIRLS!! I’ve gone to a handful of smoke shops with guys trying to hit on me, every time I go in it’s yall the same 2 cool girls behind the counter (who make me feel so comfortable). I rarely ever go to any other smoke shop because the girls here make me feel welcomed, Sunni and her friend are so amazing!! I registered my phone number here, and it’s the only smoke shop I’ve recommended to others and consistently come back to. I’ve been in Austin for a couple years, and I’ve been coming to this smoke shop more consistently than any job I’ve gotten. Really great community here, hope to check out the hookah next door!!”
